Terms of Service

• ◆Month-to-month billing. No long-term contracts, cancel anytime.
• ◆Your 7-day trial is the full product. If you don’t subscribe, your account locks — your data doesn’t disappear.
• ◆Everything you put into the platform stays yours. The platform itself stays ours.
• ◆AI drafts, you decide. Review AI output before you rely on it.
• ◆If you record calls or send texts through JobGenie, you’re responsible for getting the consent your state requires.

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and B&N Digital Holdings Trust of Dallas, Texas ("we," "us," "our"), the company behind JobGenie AI — a voice-first CRM for service businesses at jobgenieai.net and app.jobgenieai.net. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

If you’re accepting for a company, you’re confirming you have the authority to bind that company.

JobGenie AI is sold as a subscription, billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown when you subscribe. There are no long-term contracts and no early-termination fees.

If a payment fails, we’ll retry it and let you know. If it keeps failing, your account may be feature-locked until billing is current. Price changes never hit mid-cycle — we give notice before a new price applies to a future renewal.

Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@jobgenieai.net. Access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

New accounts get a 7-day trial with full access to the product — not a stripped-down demo. If you haven’t subscribed when the trial ends, your account converts to a feature-locked state: you can still sign in and see your data, but working features are paused until you subscribe.

Your data is not deleted when a trial ends.

Use JobGenie AI to run your business. Don’t use it to:

• ◆break the law, or store data you don’t have the right to store,
• ◆send spam, robocalls, or messages to people who haven’t agreed to hear from you,
• ◆probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt to break the security of the platform,
• ◆resell, scrape, or copy the platform, or misrepresent who you are.

We can suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk. We’ll tell you why.

You own all data you enter into or import to JobGenie AI — customer records, jobs, invoices, call recordings, transcripts, documents, and messages. We claim no ownership of any of it.

You can export your complete data at any time at no cost. You give us only the limited permission we need to host, process, and display that data to run the service for you — nothing more.

The JobGenie AI software, design, genie characters, brand, and everything else that makes the platform work belong to B&N Digital Holdings Trust. Your subscription gives you the right to use the platform — it doesn’t transfer any ownership of it.

You agree not to use JobGenie AI, or your access to it, to build, help build, or inform a competing product or service.

JobGenie AI drafts messages, summaries, and answers using artificial intelligence. AI output can contain errors, omissions, or statements that sound confident and are wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it, publishing it, or relying on it.

Nothing the AI produces is legal, medical, or financial advice. For decisions in those territories, talk to a licensed professional.

JobGenie AI can place and answer calls and send text messages on your business’s behalf. Laws like the TCPA govern who you may call and text. Before using voice or SMS features with any contact, you are responsible for obtaining whatever consent the law requires from that contact, and for honoring opt-outs promptly.

If you turn on call recording or transcription, recording laws apply — and a number of states require the consent of every party on the call. You are responsible for knowing the consent rules in your state and in the states you call into, and for giving any notice those rules require. We provide the feature; you are responsible for using it lawfully.

JobGenie AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it fast, correct, and always on, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent the law allows, B&N Digital Holdings Trust is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for all claims combined is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, puts other customers at risk, or carries an unpaid balance after notice.

When an account closes — by you or by us — you can export your data first, and we delete it per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability limits, governing law) survive.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we’ll notify you by email or in-app notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use JobGenie AI after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
