JobGenie AI is operated by B&N Digital Holdings Trust, based in Dallas, Texas. JobGenie AI is a voice-first CRM for service businesses, available at jobgenieai.net and app.jobgenieai.net. This policy explains what information flows through the platform, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.

• ◆Account information — name, email, phone number, and company details you give us when you sign up.
• ◆Business data — the customers, jobs, invoices, documents, and messages you enter or import into the platform.
• ◆Call recordings and transcripts — when you use voice features with recording turned on.
• ◆Usage data — how the product is used (pages visited, features touched, errors hit) so we can keep it fast and fix what breaks.

• ◆To provide the service you signed up for — running your CRM is the whole job.
• ◆To support you when you ask for help.
• ◆To improve the product — finding what’s slow, broken, or confusing and fixing it.

That’s the list. We don’t use your data for advertising, and we don’t use your private business data to train AI models.

Like every modern software product, JobGenie AI runs on infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: cloud hosting, a database provider, a telephony provider (for calls and texts), and AI model providers (to power the assistant features). Each processes your data only to provide their piece of the service to us, under contracts that bind them to confidentiality.

We share data with no one else, except when the law genuinely requires it.

We do not sell personal data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. There is no version of our business model where your data is the product.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists, so the product keeps working for you. When you delete your account, we delete your data from our systems within 30 days, except for the minimal records the law requires us to keep (like billing history).

Every JobGenie AI customer, in every state, can:

• ◆Access — see the personal data we hold about you.
• ◆Correction — fix anything that’s wrong.
• ◆Deletion — have your data deleted.
• ◆Export — take a complete copy of your data with you, anytime, free.

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents have the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, to access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We don’t sell personal data or run targeted advertising — but the rights are yours regardless. To exercise them, email support@jobgenieai.net. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we’ll take a second look.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it’s used, to access it, correct it, delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what’s necessary to provide the service. JobGenie AI is a business tool for adults. People under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the platform. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we’ll close it and delete the data.

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we’ll notify you by email or in-app notice before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top always tells you when it was last revised.
