Every business on JobGenie AI is isolated at the database level with row-level security. That’s not a policy promise — it’s enforced by the database itself, on every single query. Another company on the platform cannot see your customers, your jobs, your numbers, or your files. Ever. There is no setting to get wrong, because the wall isn’t a setting.

Your data is encrypted in transit — everything between your device and JobGenie travels over TLS — and encrypted at rest on our servers. Whether it’s moving or sitting still, it’s locked.

Daily backups mean a bad day — a deleted record, a mistake, a disaster — doesn’t become a lost business. Your history is recoverable.

Your data belongs to you, and that’s not fine print — it’s the product. Export your complete database anytime, at no cost, no questions asked, no retention games. A platform that has to lock you in to keep you isn’t confident in itself. We are.

Most software in this industry is built to trap your data — export fees, crippled CSVs, "talk to sales" to get your own customer list. JobGenie is built on the opposite bet: we migrate your data IN from the systems holding it hostage, and we keep the door open on the way out. You stay because it works, not because you’re stuck.

The AI inside JobGenie works for your business — it is not fed by it. We do not use your private business data to train AI models. Your customer list, your pricing, your call recordings: none of it becomes model training material, ours or anyone else’s.

When you delete your account, your data is deleted from our systems — not archived, not "deactivated," not quietly kept around. Within 30 days it’s gone, except the minimal billing records the law makes us keep.
